We are a manufacturing company based in Pula, Croatia and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of factory machines to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a factory machine operator or similar role is required
- Knowledge of different types of factory machines and their functions
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting purposes
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
