Insurance Claims Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Pula. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage based on policies and laws. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ and no English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies to determine coverage
- Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and consult with experts as needed
- Evaluate damages and determine appropriate compensation for claimants
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and laws related to insurance claims

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an adjuster in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Strong investigative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently

Preferred:
- Previous experience working with Indian nationals or familiarity with Indian culture
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (or other Indian languages)
