Collections Specialist
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Osijek. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer accounts, monitoring payment plans and agreements, and maintaining accurate records of collections activity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor payment agreements and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of collections activity
- Provide regular updates on collections progress to management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the collections department

Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Biometric passport required
