Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality of work
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure projects are compliant and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
