Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in St. Petersburg, Russia. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure the proper preservation and maintenance of these important cultural landmarks. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, creating restoration plans, obtaining necessary permits, overseeing construction work, and ensuring compliance with historical preservation guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and styles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: St. Petersburg

Preference for Indian nationals or those willing to relocate to Russia with visa sponsorship provided by the company.
