We are a reputable architecture firm in St-Petersburg, seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
