Data Analytics Specialist

A data analytics specialist is responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of statistical methods and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data analysis tools
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights in the data
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality for accuracy and completeness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in business contexts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills for identifying patterns and drawing insights from data

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Chelyabinsk (relocation assistance provided)
