Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia



We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and efficient industrial spaces in accordance with our clients' needs and specifications. You will also be involved in the planning, budgeting, and overseeing of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial spaces.
- Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using CAD software.
- Develop project budgets and timelines.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is done according to design plans.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position based in Chelyabinsk. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
