Senior Architectural Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Egyptian, you will be able to apply your knowledge and expertise in English speaking jobs to oversee the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers in the development of architectural plans and designs
- Ensure that all projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian languages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport is required for foreign nationals
