We are hiring a Seasonal Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As this is a seasonal job, no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following our recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash transactions
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly personality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must have the legal right to work in Russia

Salary: $1400 per month (paid in local currency)
Accommodation: Provided by the company at no cost
