Senior Computer Research Scientist


We are currently hiring a Senior Computer Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a Senior Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating computer algorithms and systems to solve complex problems in various fields such as data mining, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop innovative computer algorithms and systems to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and requirements.
- Implement and evaluate computer algorithms using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments to improve algorithm performance.
- Write technical reports and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of computer science through attending conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in conducting research in a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with data mining techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1300$ per month. The final salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa but remote work options may be available for highly qualified candidates.
