Locksmith Supervisor

Our locksmith company in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Supervisor to join our team. As a Locksmith Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of locksmiths, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of locksmiths
- Assign tasks, schedule work, and monitor progress
- Train new locksmiths on company policies, procedures, and techniques
- Ensure the quality of work meets company standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies for the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in lock technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a locksmith or in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of various lock types, tools, techniques, and security systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-service oriented with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be physically fit as the job involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
