Machine Operator


As a Machine Operator in our production facility in Ufa, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the manufacturing process. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines according to company safety protocols
- Set up machines for production runs
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot problems with machines and perform basic repairs
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Keep detailed records of machine settings, output, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding production standards, safety, and quality control
- Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest new ideas for increasing efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with operating various types of machinery such as lathes, drills, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time while operating machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
