IT Support Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Provide training to clients on how to use various systems and software
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented attitude with good time-management skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a customer service role
-Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary
-Familiarity with different operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS X, Linux
