Junior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various construction projects and gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior project manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the senior project manager
- Review and approve construction plans and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working on construction projects (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable)

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. We offer free visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals as well as a round-trip ticket to Izhevsk.
