Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a Construction Manager for our company in Izhevsk. This position is open to Pakistani candidates and foreigners, with no English language requirement. The role requires full time availability and previous experience in construction management. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship is available.

As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with clients and contractors. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is also required. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential.

This is a demanding job that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on site. As this is a managerial position, you must be able to delegate tasks efficiently and handle any conflicts that may arise.
