A reputable commercial architecture firm in Acre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create custom designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team are also essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. As a Commercial Architect, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully. Therefore, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are crucial.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As this is a contract job without accommodation provided, we prefer candidates who hold biometric passports or have the ability to obtain one. Non-English speaking candidates are welcome as long as they have the necessary qualifications and experience.
