IT Manager - Full Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and processes. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and reliability of our network and servers, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of our network and servers
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement within our current systems and processes, and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry, making recommendations for their integration into our company's systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, database management, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proven track record of successful project management within an IT environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (visa sponsorship available for non-Israeli citizens)
