Commercial Architect for Real Estate Development Company in Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are in need of an experienced Commercial Architect to join our Real Estate Development Company in Beer-Sheva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects meet safety, quality, and budget standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial building design and construction. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD are required. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town or international candidates.

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (open to Indian nationals)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Biometric passport (for international candidates)
- Fluency in English is not required but is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Designing commercial buildings and structures according to client specifications
