Handyman for Property Maintenance - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Indian national with excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, fixing appliances, painting, and performing general repairs. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and upgrades as needed, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Install and maintain appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and air conditioners
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with tenants regarding any maintenance issues or scheduled repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas before and after completing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in using various hand tools and equipment
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
