Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Jerusalem. Your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and server infrastructure. You will also assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and provide training to end users.

To excel in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required. Prior experience working in technical support or a similar role is also beneficial.
