Architectural Technologist for Part-Time Urgent Project in Jerusalem, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to assist with a part-time urgent project in Jerusalem, Egypt. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project
- Use CAD software to create accurate technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working on projects in Egypt preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (based on part-time hours)
Location: Jerusalem, Egypt (no English required, must be Egyptian)
