Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for our clients, providing guidance and support during workouts, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to the program.

Salary: 1400$

City: Jerusalem

Requirements:
- Professional certification in personal training
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a personal trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create individualized workout plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Experience working with diverse populations, including Kenyans, foreigners, students, and those without English proficiency
- Full-time availability with flexible hours, including weekends
- No prior experience required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness level, goals, medical history, and any limitations or injuries
- Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the workout plan
- Provide nutrition advice as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Stay up-to-date on latest fitness trends and research
