Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ashdod. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the organization's computer systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for identifying technical issues and proposing solutions to meet the organization's business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and is suitable for men without accommodation needs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the organization's current computer systems, processes, and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes
- Conduct research on emerging technologies that could improve the organization's systems
- Create detailed documentation of system specifications, including diagrams, charts, and other visual aids
- Test new systems or system modifications to ensure they meet user requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Train end-users on new or updated systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, including hardware, software, networking, databases, and security protocols
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
