Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team in Ashdod. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorations according to clients' preferences and event themes
- Selecting and sourcing high-quality flowers and foliage from suppliers
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the floral shop and ensuring all arrangements are displayed attractively
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their flower selection and offering expert advice on care instructions
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative ideas to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- A strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability for full-time work with accommodation provided (preferably for students or Pakistani nationals)

Salary: 1300$ per month
