Online Consultant for English Speaking Customers in Herzliya, Israel


We are a fast-growing online company based in Herzliya, Israel and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time job without the need for prior experience or accommodation.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English speaking customers from Pakistan. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with their own visa as this is a part-time position.

This job is suitable for all individuals who are fluent in English and looking for flexible working hours. As an Online Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your own location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and suggesting appropriate solutions to customer issues
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments if necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
- Own visa (preferred)
