Concierge



As a Concierge in our luxury hotel in Herzliya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their requests and inquiries, making reservations and recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel lobby.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own visa to work in Israel

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities as requested
- Coordinate guest requests such as transportation arrangements or special room deliveries
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolution
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
