A reputable farm in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Farmer to join our team. This position is suitable for male candidates with a valid visa and does not require English proficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the farm, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and this is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute crop cultivation schedules according to seasonal changes
- Oversee the care and well-being of livestock, including feeding, breeding, and medical care
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust farming practices accordingly
- Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of inventory, expenses, and harvest yields
- Implement sustainable farming practices to promote environmental conservation
- Train and supervise farm workers on safety procedures and proper farming techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role
- Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques, animal husbandry, and farm equipment maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (not required)
- Valid visa for working in Abu-Dhabi (own visa preferred)
