We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Ensure that work area is clear of any obstructions or hazards before operating equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery
- Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Lithuanian or Russian would be an asset.
