Senior Commercial Architect
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As the Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various commercial projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about architecture and has a strong understanding of commercial building design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various commercial projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications according to project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
- Mentor and supervise junior architects within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Lithuania
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
