Location: Vilnius, Lithuania


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail stores, and hotels. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design meets their needs and budget. Your role will involve researching building codes and regulations, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, and managing the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for the commercial building
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with engineers to determine structural requirements
- Work with contractors during the construction process to ensure that design specifications are being met
- Monitor progress of the project and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Team player

Salary: 1700$ per month

This job is suitable for Malayalees who have a background in architecture or a related field. Candidates with experience in commercial architecture are preferred. Fluency in English is required for this role.
