Barista in Vilnius



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Vilnius. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that every cup of coffee meets our standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment, countertops, and tables
- Take orders from customers and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Follow health and safety guidelines in handling food and beverages
- Suggest new menu items or specials based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania.
