Barista (Temporary, Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Vilnius. As a temporary position, this role is perfect for students or foreigners looking for short-term employment. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure quality control in all aspects of drink preparation, including espresso shots, milk frothing, and latte art
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when necessary
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and ability to operate espresso machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance.
