We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy restaurant in Sheduva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards for food and beverage.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and high standards are met
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items or specials
- Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (accommodation can be provided if needed)
