Barista Supervisor


Position: Barista Supervisor
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain
Salary: $1300 per month

We are currently hiring for the role of Barista Supervisor at our busy coffee shop in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise baristas on proper coffee making techniques and customer service standards
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the café, ensuring that it meets health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create weekly schedules for baristas, taking into account staff availability and business needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
