Architecture Project Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire architecture project from concept to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements
- Oversee all phases of the project, including design development, construction documents, bidding/negotiation process, and construction administration
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project and find effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
- Prior experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
