Junior Commercial Architect (Indian Nationals Preferred) - Contract Position in Sheduva


As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings and structures in Sheduva. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, plus accommodation provided. We welcome Indian nationals with no English language requirement and freshers to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and planning of commercial buildings and structures according to client specifications
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and local building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and presentations for client approval
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Sheduva
- Excellent communication skills in both English (preferred) and Hindi (required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
