Construction Manager

As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Sheduva. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to the project, as well as ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English and have the necessary work permits to work in Sheduva. Freshers with relevant education or experience are also encouraged to apply.
