Construction Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Sheduva. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget
- Manage project changes and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project finances including cost estimation, budget tracking, and invoicing
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (accommodation provided)

Contract Type: Full-time contract
