Computer Systems Analyst

Our rapidly growing technology company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to improve system performance and productivity
- Collaborate with IT team to implement changes and updates
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train staff on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, databases, and software applications
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
