We are currently hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and flight ticket. This is a full-time position but part-time arrangements can also be considered for the right candidate.
