Commercial Architect

We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet safety and functional requirements while also being aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop conceptual designs that align with client's vision and requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings using architectural software
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction phase
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other team members involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to commercial architecture

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas (open for remote work)

Nationality: Nepali (open for foreigners)

English requirement: Intermediate level (ability to communicate effectively)

Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Visa: Own visa preferred, but company can assist with visa process if necessary.
