Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models to analyze large datasets and make predictions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of machine learning
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Develop data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform data for modeling purposes
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical models
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) or recurrent neural networks (RNNs)
- Understanding of software development principles and practices
