We are seeking a Moderator to join our team in Siauliai, Egypt. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content posted adheres to the community guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to enforce rules and policies in a fair and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums for any inappropriate or violating content.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies in a fair and respectful manner.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement.
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them proactively.

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
- Comfortable enforcing rules and policies.

Salary:
1500$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours of 40 hours per week.

No prior experience is required for this role.

The selected candidate will receive a free visa and ticket to travel to Siauliai, Egypt for the duration of their employment.
