We are hiring a skilled Finisher to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for finalizing and perfecting the appearance and quality of our products. You will work with various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic to achieve a flawless finish.

Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints or instructions to determine the finishing requirements for each product
- Prepares surfaces by sanding, filling imperfections, and applying primer
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Sand and polish surfaces to create a smooth finish
- Inspect finished products for any defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Skilled in using various tools and equipment related to finishing work
- Good eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Other benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.

This job is suitable for men who have good physical strength and can work in an active environment. Nationality or location is not a strict requirement; however Malayalees or Nepali candidates are preferred.
