We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team in Siauliai, Philippines. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Sand, buff, and polish surfaces to achieve desired finish
- Apply paint, varnish or other coatings to enhance appearance and durability of products
- Use hand tools and machinery such as sanders, buffers, and spray guns
- Follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Finisher preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic understanding of different types of finishes and coatings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
