Surveyor - Land Surveying Specialist

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that land development projects are planned and executed accurately. Your duties will include using advanced surveying equipment, analyzing data and creating maps, preparing reports, and communicating with clients. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in land surveying is required for this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency with surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS units
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (Preference for Indian nationals)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
