We are currently hiring a Data Analytics Associate to join our team in Utena, Canada. As a Data Analytics Associate, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with our data team to develop reports and visualizations that provide insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Identify trends and patterns to support business decisions
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear manner
- Proven experience working with large datasets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month
