Preservation Architect - Utena, Lithuania



We are seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation process is executed effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in preservation projects. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is required. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assess the condition of historical buildings
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for preservation projects
- Collaborate with contractors and oversee construction work
- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays within budget
- Conduct research on historical architecture and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
