Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Washington, focused on creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing website layouts, graphics, and functionality that align with our clients' goals and brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Design website layouts that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for multiple devices
- Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for websites
- Develop website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages
- Conduct regular testing to ensure websites are functioning properly across different browsers and devices
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for website design
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington (open to candidates from any nationality)
